Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time role involves the precise application of crop nutrients and crop protection products, along with the maintenance of custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work outdoors, and have a passion for operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and custom apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals.
• Maintain facility and equipment to ensure functionality and appearance.
• Perform mechanic work on assigned vehicles.
• Complete applicator logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and company guidelines.
• Contribute to product inventory management.
• Deliver products to local destinations in a timely manner.
• Promote business with customers.
• Assist in training seasonal employees.
• Operate equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required.
