We are looking for a talented Capture Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As a Capture Manager, you will be responsible for leading capture-related activities in the aerospace and defense sector, developing strategies to secure new contracts, and ensuring the success of capture and proposal activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic capture campaign identification and execution.
- Develop capture strategies and business solutions for pursuing opportunities.
- Coordinate activities across functional teams.
- Act as the primary customer contact for proposal activities.
- Lead proposal efforts and reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business Management discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Capture Management.
- Knowledge of Commercial and USG contracts.
- Ability to obtain USG Security Clearance.
- Master’s degree and DoD experience are desired.
