Dispatcher

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join the Dispatch department at RICH TRANSPORT LLC. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing driver assignments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining consistent communication with load planners and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Enter Bill of Lading information, ETAs, PTAs, and Trailer numbers daily.
• Notify the appropriate department of any delays and follow company procedures.
• Assist other driver managers/dispatchers and monitor driver performance.
• Keep accurate records of company truck mileages and driver hours.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in the workplace.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management.
• Experience with McLeod database and manifest building preferred.
