Job Description

We are looking for an Identity Governance Analyst to join The University of Vermont Medical Center team. As an Identity Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing, documenting, and operating digital identity processes, procedures, and workflows. Your role will involve managing user on-boarding, off-boarding, access requests, approvals, attestations, and role mining. You will collaborate with business and clinical staff to develop and maintain entitlements and user roles throughout their lifecycle while troubleshooting identity governance related issues. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with team members and stakeholders to execute and support the initiatives of the UVMHN Identity Governance program.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and operate digital identity processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with business and clinical staff to develop and maintain user roles.
  • Troubleshoot identity governance related issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of identity governance best practices.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of general information security and IT operations work experience.
  • Prior Electronic Health Record software experience and Epic Security certifications preferred.
