Maintenance Technician II

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Woodburn Place Apartment Homes and Woodburn West Apartments in Woodburn, OR. The Maintenance Technician II will be responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks, including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial duties. Attention to detail and the ability to manage work orders efficiently are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep of buildings, landscaping, amenities, and parking areas.
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks under guidance from experienced technicians.
• Manage work orders using technology.

Requirements

• 1 year experience as Maintenance Technician I or 2 years in maintenance.
• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in landscaping, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
• Pool maintenance and pressure washer operation experience necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate a golf cart.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and laws.
