Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health, based in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires both day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitment as a Staff Nurse. The role involves providing nursing care following Maryland Nurse Practice Act guidelines, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in adherence to standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

The department is equipped with the latest CT Scanner for precise diagnoses.
