Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with Maryland regulations and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold a current RN licensure, have 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care, possess BLS certification, and be willing to obtain ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications. Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art facility with 29 private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, negative pressure rooms, and a CT Scanner. The team focuses on providing personalized care and utilizing advanced technology for early diagnosis.
