Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment involving day and night shifts. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and organization protocols. Collaboration with staff and maintaining clinical competency are essential in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in adherence to standards of practice and organization guidelines.
- Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for effective patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
