Summary:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Nursing Graduate provides nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery and a safe environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), PALS, Hazmat (within one year), Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
- Completion of orientation according to policies/procedures
