Job Description
We are hiring a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols. This full-time position requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
