Job Description

Mount Prospect Academy is looking for a dedicated Permanency Clinician to join our team. This full-time position involves providing individual and family therapy to at-risk and adjudicated youth in Vermont communities.

Responsibilities

  • Offer short-term support and stabilization services to guide clients and families in leveraging community support.
  • Travel an average of 6+ hours weekly to provide in-home services and participate in team meetings.
  • Lead clinical oversight on assigned cases, establish treatment goals, and provide therapeutic support.
  • Collaborate with the Permanency Coordinator to ensure goal-oriented interactions.
  • Assist individuals and families in overcoming obstacles and developing support networks.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree preferred in a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in human services.
  • Valid driver's license and background clearance.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services.
