Job Description
We are seeking Lead Teachers to join our Threes preschool programs at multiple campus locations. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education and care to our preschool children while fostering their independence in a nurturing environment.
This full-time position offers a minimum pay of $22/hr for qualified candidates. Key responsibilities include developing creative and age-appropriate lesson plans, supervising children's well-being, supporting their development, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Requirements
Lead Teachers must hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields, along with specific certifications. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience, strong knowledge of child development principles, MSDE regulations, and excellent communication skills.
