1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders from stores.
• Move and organize merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry.
