Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. In this role, you will lead advanced analytics methodologies to generate novel insights and actions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic insights to enhance brand performance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate analytics-based recommendations to support business decisions.
• Apply cutting-edge analytics methodologies for predictive analytics and performance identification.
• Lead digital and promotional response analytics efforts.
• Contribute to brand and market performance analysis.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources like Symphony and IQVIA.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
