Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Director to lead our Late Development Team in the Oncology sector at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Late Development Team Lead (LDTL), you will play a critical role in shaping the late product lifecycle of our innovations. This position requires strategic leadership to guide product development from proof of concept to approval, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize value for our patients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide cross-functional Late Development Teams in executing product strategies.
- Create and oversee global Integrated Product Development Plans.
- Provide strategic input and support to functional teams while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and foster team performance and cohesion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of global drug development experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
- Proven leadership in late-stage drug development with a focus on oncology programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and engage in effective collaborations.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.

Education and Licenses
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
