Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the US Medical Affairs training objectives and strategies, managing learning programs, and ensuring field excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop training curriculums for Jazz products within assigned therapeutic areas.
• Create and execute strategic training plans for US Medical Affairs teams.
• Onboard new hires and support their field readiness through training programs.
• Maintain and update training content to reflect the latest data and information in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Evaluate and improve training programs to enhance adult learning and field medical capabilities.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs with a focus on training and excellence.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience is preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas is a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
