Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Statistical Programming to oversee the management of clinical studies and statistical programming activities. The Director will lead a team of programmers, collaborate with key departments, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality statistical analysis for clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Manage product leaders and external FSP personnel.
- Oversee ongoing and new clinical studies.
- Lead statistical programming activities and maintain compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and adoption of new technologies.
- Manage strategic priorities, resources, and budget for statistical programming.
- Perform quality control for deliverables and develop team performance measurements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience in managing CROs or FSPs and knowledge of drug development regulations.
- Proficiency in SAS programming and willingness to lead software implementation.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and shift priorities.
