Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join the Analytics & Insights team. This role involves applying advanced analytics methodologies to generate insights, leading digital and promotional response analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategic analysis and brand performance assessment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Apply cutting-edge advanced analytics for predictive insights.
• Implement analytical solutions for business opportunities and risk assessment.
• Contribute to brand executive review meetings and market insight sharing.

Requirements

• BA/BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with knowledge of tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Deep experience with pharmaceutical data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key partners.
