Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing merchandise, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards and safety. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and follow warehouse procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of merchandise.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
