Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and meets established standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks efficiently and within company policies.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures while operating equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
