Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, drive for success, and execute tasks efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
