1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped with precision.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift weights up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
