1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to a safe and productive warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include receiving and fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory processes. You will collaborate with team members and provide valuable input to enhance warehouse operations.

Job Type

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
