1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
