1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Conscientious, collaborative, and resilient work attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in executing tasks.
• Basic arithmetic and communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse environment.
• Work in varying temperatures and refrigerated environments.
