1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and preparing orders for store deliveries. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Assist in implementing process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
