1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for delivery, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment safely.
• Working in varying temperatures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
