1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. If you are ready to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to warehouse operations efficiently, this position is for you. The starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials, and the average weekly hours are 30-35.

Shift

This position is for 1st Shift, starting at 7:00 AM. Different schedule options are available for flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Interact effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately and within company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.

• Efficiently organize tasks and execute with productivity.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
