Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:15 AM start time

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Capacity to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds
