Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling store orders efficiently and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying.
