1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Help in maintaining warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and drive for success.
• Follow company policies and procedures efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
