1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load, unload, and organize merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
