1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks such as receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
