1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with your team and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and achieve set goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment.
