1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Perform physical tasks in various environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
