1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and merchandise handling.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Follow company policies and procedures with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
