1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift positions at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in meeting goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team environment.
