Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. As a vital member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock efficiently, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and effectively communicate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Requirements
