1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
