Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by effectively managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects up to 45 pounds and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk during shifts.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
