Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Shifts and Schedules

• 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
• Multiple schedule options available
• Works independently and cooperatively within the team

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically
• Perform inventory counts and maintain communication
• Ensure warehouse appearance meets safety standards
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures
