Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely handling and distribution of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail are required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in varying temperatures.
