1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. This position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines operating equipment.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
