Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our distribution process.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaborates effectively.
• Adaptable, positive attitude, and driven for success.
• Organized, efficient, and follows company standards.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities in different temperature environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
