1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting any issues.
• Act independently within the assigned responsibilities.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
