Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our expanding team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments, offering a dynamic workplace for individuals seeking new challenges.

Job Type

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and stand, bend, and lift throughout the warehouse.
