1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Support continuous improvement by providing input on process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, a positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
