1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training to perform your duties effectively.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time (Less than 30 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Inspect product quality and communicate issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Adapt positively to pressure and change.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Basic arithmetic skills and excellent communication abilities.

Education and Physical Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
