1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position involves efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. The role requires working fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Efficiently organize and execute warehouse tasks.
• Ability to lift and move products, operate powered industrial equipment.
