We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. As a Full-time position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties in the warehouse.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic arithmetic and strong communication skills required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
